BE THE SPARK – We might not be the spark but we added some smoke to the Desmond Tutu event at the Tacoma Dome with a hot crew that included Mat, Bill, Brad, Michael and Aaron. 6 cameras.

ON-LINE VIGNETTES – Continuing our knack for producing quality videos for the web, we have started production on 5 web vignettes for Clover Park Technical College. Aaron, Craig, Mat, and Technical Balance’s RD Willis have all been working on these. Editing is being handled by Lerena and Dana for these projects.

CONCERT PRODUCTION – Concerts this year have included Dennis Miller, Frank Caliendo, Franki Valli and Tommy James and the Shondells. Mat, Craig and Aaron have all contributed.

WWW FOR CWW – Congratulations to Gavin and our friends at Church WebWorks as they launch their new v.5 product. They have a product launch webcast today – 11:11 on 1/11/11. Craig, Mark, Mat and Bill all contributed to helping them out for this production.

IT’S BEGINNING TO LOOK A LOT LIKE CHRISTMAS – Team Kelly just provided video services at two Christmas concerts with Michael W. Smith – 1 in B.C. and 1 in the Seattle area. Mat on camera, Aaron grip and Craig directing. Great way to celebrate the start of the Christmas season.

IN THE PRESENCE – We had 4 cameras out at the 2010 Creation Festival. Aaron, Richard, Kevin, John and Craig captured hours of video.

YOU GOT TO CONSERVE YOURSELF! – Mark and Craig produced a video for Thurston Energy. Mat shot and Kevin Sabourin edited.

COMMERCIAL SUCCESS – We wrapped up our commercial production for Indochine restaurant here in Tacoma. Our team consisted of Mat, Aaron, Michael Jensen, Tammy Baker-Nye, Craig,Cornerstone Foods and a cast of many. Thanks to Russell, the staff and the friends of Indochine for all your help.

STUDIO MAGIC – We are excited about our new ability to produce studio projects in the South Sound region. We recently made agreements for usage of a 48,000 square foot studio close to our Tacoma headquarters. Complete with lights, furniture and conference rooms this facility rounds out our production offerings!

NEW OFFERINGS! We are now offering virtual tours for real estate and vacation rentals and also personal video biographies – Mini documentaries about someone in your life, whether it’s a retiree at work you want to honor or Grandma, and her stories of yesteryear.

CONGRATULATIONS! Expert photographer Jean-Marcus Strole was announced KING 5′s Best of Western Washington’s Best Photographer of the year for the second year in a row. Way to go Jean-Marcus!

RITE ON – Brad and Craig recently shot a couple of video vignettes for the Rite Aid Corporartion’s diabetes awareness campaign. Brad’s lighting and set look were fantastic.

CONGRATULATIONS ARE IN ORDER – Our Puyallup producer Keith just landed a job as a big shot at KCPQ FOX 13. He’s still our man in Puyallup, but let’s hope he remembers us during sweeps week!

SLIDE ON IN – Lerena has been busy editing the projects us folks in the field keep bringing in. She has also been slammed with transfer work from slides to tapes to SD cards – all the while setting up her new satellite edit suite off-campus.

MORE CMS – In addition to the workshops mentioned below – Craig, Mat, Jim and Aaron will be working this year’s concerts on Friday and Satuday nights. Check out the schedule.

COMING UP – Senior producer Craig is conducting back-to-back workshops at this year’s Christian Musician Summit at Overlake Church November 12 and 13. Craig will be talking about camerawork for new volunteers. Here’s the website for more info;

NEW! Mat and Craig are working on a few political videos to be run on the internet via YouTube.

NEW! The new HD video Heart, Red Velvot Car is out and playing on a few broadcast chanels, including Palladia. Craig, Mat, Jim and Aaron all worked on this show that was produced using the new Red camera technology.

NEW! Did you happen to see the Jerry Lewis Labor Day MDA Telethon this year? EVS was there in full living color with Experts Bill, Brad, Jim, Craig, Aaron, Steve, Mat and many more providing key roles in this year’s production.

NEW! The EVS team was busy this summer providing video footage for the Casual Connect gamer’s convention in Seattle. Three cameras and 75 hours of footage converted to files for the Casual Connect website.

NEW! Editor Lerena has been busy knocking out many tape and file to DVD conversions.

NEW! Expert Video Services producers Richard, Aaron, Craig, Jim and shooters Kevin and John all lent their video skill to three day music festival Creation 2010, in Enumclaw in July. Four cameras were provided to gather footage for the event for a promo for next year’s event.

NEW! Party On Wayne – Expert Producers Bill Farnsworth, David McLean, Mat Kelly, Richard Williams and Craig Kelly all provided TV support at the Iron Maiden concert at the White River Amphitheater. Trevor Wierson w/Emerald Bay Productions was the production Manager for this event.

NEW! – Our Grand Opening was a huge success! Thanks to our producers that stopped by including South Sound Producer Mark Iler who brought Jessica Jensen and they both entertained us with music performances.

Thanks too to Chef Bill Stoliker for keeping the grille fired up all day and brought his hot rod over.

Another shout out to Cameron Pruitt for his performance on the Door 7 stage and finally, a huge thank you to Deborah, Aaron and Lerena for all of their help in organizing this special event.

NEW! Welcome Jerrod Hainline as our newest producer based in Port Orchard and covering the complete Kitsap Peninsula region. Jarrod brings years of broadcast based media experience to our ranks and we’re glad to have him on board.

NEW – Expert producers Craig, Mat, Aaron, Mark Brad and Keith recently participated and lent their broadcasting skills to a large-scale, live corporate webcast in for a new internet service provider in Bellevue, WA.

NEW – Expert Video Services just supplied Mat Kelly to shoot at the Triple Door in Seattle for a cancer research fundraiser event.

NEW – EVS producer Kevin Jones new cd is out!

The long awaited release “WINTER MOON” is here! This new release contains 12 original songs and a very cool Beatles cover tune. Kev did most of the mixing at Turn Studios, and does most of the string playing on this CD, although there are several guest artists that play some very cool and very key roles. Paul Speer also mixed some songs and mastered the entire CD at Rainstorm Productions in Memphis, TN. To buy, follow the link to his site.

NEW – Mat, Aaron and Craig recently worked on the new DVD project for Seattle rock band Heart. No word on when that title will be released.

NEW – Puyallup producer Keith Bride and camerman Mat Kelly recently shot elements for a new web based video series called Emerald City Clean Sweep. EVS is producing with Gig Harbor producer Jacob Behunin designing motion graphics and compositing green screen elements.

NEW – RD Willis, our motion control expert recently provided his brand of expertness to NBC at the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, BC.
